    Create your host account

    Sign up in the host console. If someone else runs the property day to day, add them to your team.

    Add your listing

    Photos, the price, what’s included, and whether you offer viewings. Serviced by the night, or long lease by the year.

    We check the title

    Fennik’s legal team sights your title, matches it to your ID and visits the unit. The listing goes live once it passes, and is re-checked every year.

    Renters find you

    By location, anywhere in Nigeria. Serviced stays book instantly. Long-lease renters arrive with their identity and a guarantor already checked.

    Get paid

    Payments settle into your bank account. The caution deposit is paid to you, and you return it at the end of the stay or tenancy.

Legal name, address and a guarantor, reviewed before any long lease. You see a summary. The documents stay private, and are only reopened for a logged dispute.
